We spend a little over half our year at our lake home on the Goodnow Flow in the central Adirondacks of upstate New York.

Spring fishing on the Flow does not disappoint!
While we haven't caught quite the same volume of fish as last year, the fish we have caught are BIG… including some big Rainbows and lunker Brookies!
